In Ihrer Rolle sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Transportprozesse reibungslos laufen:
- Sie nehmen Kundenaufträge entgegen und platzieren Buchungen bei Carriern
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Abwicklung und Überwachung von Transporten im Bereich der Schiffsersatzteil-/ Kreuzfahrtlogistik mit Schwerpunkt Luftfracht
- Sie organisieren Vorläufe incl. Exportzolldokumentenerstellung, kalkulieren Frachtpreise und beantworten Transportanfragen
- Sie verantworten die Abrechnung und Kontrolle von Eingangsrechnungen
- Und: Sie kommunizieren professionell mit Kunden, Partnern, Behörden und Dienstleistern – national wie international
WELCHE STÄRKEN SIE EINSETZEN
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrungen
- umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Export (Luftfracht) – idealerweise konnten Sie erste Erfahrungen im der Schiffsersatzteillogistik sammeln
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Grundkenntnisse im Zollwesen
- Sie sind kommunikativ, zuverlässig, behalten auch in stressigen Momenten den Überblick und arbeiten gern im Team
